The Fattori family has focused on making traditional Italian pasta and sauces for more than 40 years. It is a small company established by Mom Patrizia, Dad Luigi, Grandma Maria Pia, Pamela and Riccardo. The company is located in a small village in the Marche region of Italy.

Each unique sauce is secretly made by the Fattori family, and maybe some sauces can only be found in their small village! The Fattori family hopes to bring their proud classic sauces to more people. Therefore, a small amount of sauce is produced and pasteurized and stored in glass jars, making them naturally consumables for three years, but once opened, it’s best to enjoy it within a week.
