Delivery terms
If you choose the delivery method provided by a third-party service provider (ie. SF Express or Post Office) in your order, you would expect to receive the parcel in 2 to 3 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) once the order is confirmed.  For the delivery to Macau, please expect a longer delivery time, normally 7 to 10 working days (during the pandemic, it could last up to a month). If the delivery fails, or you did not pick up the parcel at the designated operation points of SF Express or post office, please contact SF Express (if applicable) or us immediately. But if the products are running out of stock or sold out, it might take 14 to 21 working days for the delivery. However, we will inform the client of the actual delivery status. If faults (such as wrong delivery or loss) by the third-party service providers (either SF Express or Post Office) are identified, resulting in a failure to receive our products,  we will re-dispatch the parcel or make a full refund.

The order you place states the actual amount of the delivery cost clearly. For any order above HK$400 ($200 during the pandemic), free delivery to any Hong Kong addresses will be offered. For Macau addresses, free delivery will be offered for any order above HK$500.


Refund or Replacement terms
Once an order is confirmed and paid, no cancellation, amendments, replacement or refund shall be allowed, If you receive any products different from what has been ordered, or any apparent quality issue is encountered, you may request for a replacement or refund within 7 days since you have received the products. Nevertheless, we do not accept any subjective reasons like "it doesn't suit my taste", "the taste is not as expected", "the taste goes beyond the product descriptions" for a replacement or refund.
