This is simple to make which beginners shall be able to make with ease.
Good source of protein
Being nutritious is one of our goals in recipe development. Unlike other gluten-free cake pre-mix in the market, our cake pre-mix DOES NOT contain rice flour.
The main ingredients are organic buckwheat flour and organic coconut flour.
Our cake pre-mix has more than 11g protein per 100g and more than 7g dietary fiber per 100g.
Organic buckwheat flour: Buckwheat are naturally gluten-free, rich in protein and minerals, e.g. copper which is beneficial to heart health, magnesium which is beneficial to metabolism. Buckwheat also contains rutin, a bioflavonoid thought to help control blood pressure and prevents blood from clotting.
Organic coconut flour: Coconut flour is finely ground dried unsweetened coconut with about 80% of its fat removed. Coconut flour is naturally gluten-free, rich in protein and dietary fiber.

· No chemical emulsifier and preservatives. No xanthan gum.
Instruction of use
1) In a bowl, add cake pre-mix, 72g sugar* (or 48g monk fruit sweetener), 46g oil**, 260g plant milk & 20g vinegar***.
2) Mix all ingredients well.
3) Cupcakes: Put in cupcake molds until 80% full; Cake: Put in cake mold.
4) Put in preheated oven and bake at 185C for 25-30 min.
Sugar*: May use white sugar, brown sugar, cane sugar, coconut sugar & monk fruit sweetener, etc.
Oil**: May use edible oil e.g. camellia oil, rice bran oil, olive oil, etc.
Vinegar***: May use white vinegar, rice vinegar, or apple cider vinegar.
Ingredients: Organic buckwheat flour, organic coconut flour, potato starch, baking powder, salt.
