French Honey
Hédène aims to restore French honey’s nobility through a wide range of mono-floral and regional honey with uncommon tastes, colours and textures, based on traditional beekeeping know-how. Apiaries are established in wildflower forests of different regions on French soil.
Every honey represents a particular region and its symbolic flower. Sustainable beekeeping methods are adopted.
Therefore, a good harvest of particular honey in the previous year is by no means guaranteed for this year or the year after. The honey would then become unavailable for sale.
Hédène's Principle
The Most Beautiful Wildflower - Melliferous density of a single wildflower in a 3km-radius
Extracted from Honey Frames - Hédène makes sure only capped frames are extracted from the hives to obtain the highest quality for its honeys
A Sustainable Beekeeping - Hédène undertakes to select honey frames only from the superhives so that colonies may support their needs during winter
Cold Extraction - Subjected to cold centrifugal power through fast rotation, to clear cells and extract honey
Bottling - No Pasteurisation during bottling, retaining the most original unique aroma
Traceability and Designations’ Authentication

Out of persistence and passion for French taste and quality, Hédène is the only honey brand available at three well-known department stores in Paris - La Grande Epicerie Paris, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and Printemps.
Hédène also appeals to great chefs in gastronomy, including Serge Vieira, a Bocuse d’Or winner and an owner of a 2-star Michelin restaurant named after him in Chaudes-Aigues, France.
